Meet Your Chiropractor
Dr. Kathryn Russell
Dr. Kathryn Russell was born and raised in Fort Walton beach, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Physiology at the University of North Florida.
She then continued her education and went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating from Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She has completed 150 hours of post-graduate education in Acupuncture and is actively pursuing her acupuncture license.
During her free time, Dr. Russell enjoys doing CrossFit and distance running. She has competed in multiple CrossFit competitions and continues to do so in the local community. She was raised in a military family and is an avid supporter of those who have served. She is a proud dog mom to a 5-year old German shepherd named Rex.

What Kind of education does a Chiropractor have?
Chiropractic doctors go through a minimum of four years of schooling at a chiropractic college, generally preceded by an undergraduate degree in the basic sciences or several years of experience in a prior relevant health care field.
Students of chiropractic care must spend a minimum of at least 4,200 hours with their teacher, and a minimum of 1,000 hours of fully supervised clinical training with an instructor as they learn the appropriate diagnosis and treatment techniques to help heal your body and restore it to its natural, fully functioning state.
